About You

We’re seeking confident, hands-on leaders who love building momentum on the shop floor. You may come from retail, hospitality, supermarkets, QSR, or any high-volume, service-driven environment - what matters is your ability to energise a team, stay calm under pressure, and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll bring:

• Leadership experience in busy, customer-focused settings
• The ability to support, coach, and motivate diverse teams
• Strong operational awareness and experience with stock, service, and presentation standards
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 environment

The Role

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll take charge of the floor—leading your team through peak periods, supporting operational tasks, managing cash processes, and ensuring customers enjoy a seamless, engaging retail experience. You’ll help bring the newly refurbished store to life through elevated merchandising, strong team coordination, and consistent service excellence.
